Jessica D. Sparacino

Jessica D. Sparacino, the founding partner of Sparacino & Sparacino PLLC, has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2009. Jessica expertly handles complex family and matrimonial litigation, appearing on divorce, custody and support matters in the Family and Supreme Courts of Long Island. Jessica represents her clients as a Long Island family attorney through all stages of a divorce or separation proceeding; including equitable distribution, child support, spousal support, custody and parenting time; Jessica extends respect, compassion, care and understanding as she guides her clients toward a cost effective and clear-cut resolution of their matters with her clients’ best interests always taking precedent. Also a certified mediator, Jessica dedicates her time to assisting couples in finding constructive resolutions for all of the issues pertaining to their separation and divorce; providing all related legal family attorney services in Long Island, including drafting agreements and qualified domestic orders. Jessica was also selected to serve as an Impartial Hearing Officer for the New York State Department of Education based on her experience. Jessica has been quoted in various news and magazine articles, including several appearances in In Touch magazine. Prior to starting her own practice, Jessica was an associate with two distinguished general practice and employment firms where she was trained by, and learned from, attorneys with over 100 years of combined legal experience in her current firm’s practice areas.

Frank J. Sparacino, Jr.

Frank J. Sparacino, partner of Sparacino & Sparacino, has been a admitted to the New York Bar since 2002. Frank concentrates his practice on real estate law; including foreclosure defense and short sales. Frank uses his real estate experience when assisting his clients in the purchase, sale and rental of both commercial and residential properties.  Along with real estate law, Frank also concentrates on all types of estate planning and trust matters including litigation.  Frank strives to assist each client in the unique planning process and decision making which comes with end of life issues; such as establishing living wills, powers of attorney and last wills & testaments among other vital estate planning documents.  Prior to joining Sparacino & Sparacino PLLC, Frank spent 10 years counseling various liability carriers in multiple aspects of insurance defense, while managing a 225 employee law office. Frank applies his economic and strategic acumen along with his knowledge and experience in insurance, contracts, real estate and estate planning practice with each client he meets.
